Or Team Ironlock in Big Stone Gap & Jonesville.

Really the only places I know of to get quality, well rounded MMA training in the immediate area.

I actually came on here to post some info about our new location and training times and happend to come across this thread. Nothing against Roy if he wants to do his own thing in Coeburn then thats fine with us.
